wow, thanks for all the responses guys i really appreciate it. I was mainly looking for the BCAA for after cardio, but reading some of your posts i see that its good for preworkout/during/and post. I didn't realize that its used for that as well. With this is mind what is the optimal choice I should go with. I've been looking towards Purple Wraath as a choice. Should the BCAA be used along with post workout shake that i normally use? Or should I just use it when I'm done with cardio?
