    However, if you are planning on taking immediately preWO, I recommend bulk leucine or BCAAs combined with some bulk EAAs and a sugar like dextrose preWO.

    Xtend and Purple Wraath stacked together with dextrose would make an excellent pre/during/post cocktail IMHO.

    1)PW is underdosed and overpriced
    2)Why does eeryone forget poor Tryptophane? Getting EAAs without Tryptophane is self-defeating.

    wow, thanks for all the responses guys i really appreciate it. I was mainly looking for the BCAA for after cardio, but reading some of your posts i see that its good for preworkout/during/and post. I didn't realize that its used for that as well. With this is mind what is the optimal choice I should go with. I've been looking towards Purple Wraath as a choice. Should the BCAA be used along with post workout shake that i normally use? Or should I just use it when I'm done with cardio?

    If you get Bcaa's take you bw and multiply it by .17. Thats how many grams of BCAA's i would get pre\during\post workout. If you want EAA's you can mix in a scoop of protein. I would reccomend an isolate for this.

    I weigh 165...so thats about 28grams...is that 28grams pre/ 28 during/ 28 after? Also, doesn't Purple Wraath cover the BCAA and EAA??? does it contain 28g's?

    Just get a good protein supplement. If you eat enough protein you do not need any extra BCAA supplements.
