Overated- Anyone can say something from Muscletech and BSN and sound like they know what their talking about, but HMB (Pro Preformance) did nothing for me.
Underated- Water. I noticed a difference in creatine effectiveness when I started drinking over a gallon of water.

Bump to this! I'd like to add the ginsengs to the underrated list.
Except the test booster thing. Get the right one and you're in for a good experience.

Indeed it does, though I am sure Slated is more referring to the BCAA/citrulline malate aspect as opposed to its glutamine content.

I really wish it didn't. It's counter intuitive to include glutamine and citrulline in the same blend if you ask me (and phosphate bond, my personal tutor).
