Help me please
Well I was an idiot and killed myself over the summer (1000 cals a day working out everyday 1+hour also 1+hour of cardio) my diet consisted of chicken breasts and fiber one. i went from 140 (not even that fat with a 135 lb bench) to 122 (ripped as hell but with a 115 pound bench and looked scrawny and discusting) so i decided to bulk
Joined powerlifting club and have been doing that for 2 months (Squats bench and deads 3 days a week)
I am currently 133, 6'1, 14, I gain fat really easy :-(
I squat 185X3
Dead lift 205 x 1
Bench 120 x 1
I was just asking a question on my diet
I have recently read a lot about the anabolic diet and was wondering if this would be best for me to gain lean mass?
my diet consists
Breakfeast
2 eggs 2 egg whites 1 tbs light butter 2 pices bacon
Snack 24 almonds 2 cheese stick (80 cal low fat mozzarealla)
Lunch 4 oz steak 1 cheese stick
Snack 24 almonds 2 cheese stick (80 cal low fat mozzarealla)
PWO 1 scoop on Whey strawberry
Dinner usually 500 cal meal with fat and protien
Before bed cheese stick(80 cal low fat mozzarealla)
I have been gainging weight on this diet not sure if it is muscle though :-(
and was wondering if carbs would be better
PS. I have no problem at all with intensity in workouts... I am on creatine mono

6'1" and only 133lbs?! I realise that you're only 14, but you need to get eating boy!
It's all pretty simple really: avoid junk food as much as possible, only drink 'diet' soft drinks (that's soda pop) if indeed you must drink them at all. And eat a high-carb, high-protein, moderate fat diet
Basically that equates to this: eat lots of whole-grains, lots of green vegetables and lots of lean meat, with some yoghurt and cheese thrown in there for calcium.

1000 cals a day? thats a lot? you should just eat tons. forget those cheesesticks man. eat some pb and j's for snacks. they have a lot of protein, and healthy fats. and up the protein.

Thanks for replies guys I have no problem packing on weight i have already put on 10 lbs ( 3 lb a month about) from a 2000 calorie diet but I think most of it's fat even though I have been lifting hard
I have read almost every article on this sight on nutrition but you guys think it would be better to do High carb? rather than High healthy fat (with 1 carb up day)

Stack up on PB's and eat alot of tuna, just keep it eating clean and dont eat so much cheese if that was me, but I would eat everything clean, Oats etc.. so it doesnt just turn into fat. And eat alot of protein. Gain up to like 150 bro and you should be good.

No sorry the exact routine is this
4 cores a day 3 days a week 1X8 1x6 4x4
1 Front Squat/BackSquat
2 Deadlift/hangclean/powerclean
3 Benchpress wide/benchpress narrow
4 Incline wide/Incline NArrow
USually followed by a "muscle depletion" of curls, over head press, and bench
IF not depletion day we do auxilories (lat pulls, sit ups, v ups, single leg squats, and flys)

you say ripped as hell but scrawny and disgusting...ripped is a mixture of low BF% AND being big...therefore you were just small...and to answer about your diet...maybe eat more at lunch...and drink milk...lots of milk...i get half a gallon a day it's the **** for calories protein fat and some carbs...but otherwise it looks like a decently solid diet
