Looking very good, Sage, much fuller than in Pittsburgh, and already pretty cut as well. What weight do you think you'll come in at?

Wait a minute: the traditional top of the middleweight class is 176. Did that change, or is this show not going with traditional NPC weight classes?

I remember you from back in the day a couple years ago.
You've gotten fukkin' huge!
Awesome balanced, ripped BB's physique!
The side/chest, especially the Side/Tri shots are impressive.
Amazing V-Shape
Good luck!!

It's always funny to watch skinny kids on this site say omg he juices. They have no idea what it takes to step on stage and how it works. If he weighed 160 on stage LAST JULY...im sure his offseas weight was close to 185 at least before that. Making him gain 20-25 lbs in 8 months? Now how exactly is 20 lbs juicing? that would make most people here be under review.

i suggest in the offseason 2 or 3 super high carb days around 600-1000g, 10 meals, protien lower and minimal fat...that seemed to help alot, i usually did that on the days i wanted to bring up a bodypart..like on a chest/bi day etc.

Regardless of the issue with steroids which seems not to be an issue in this thread but some think it is honestly who cares I mean look at the comparison and gains he has made wether or not steroids induced those are amazing gains and are the result of hard work and dedication besides why does everyone flame steroids like they are the end of the world??? Jesus someone cant even post a F***ING picture without some person accusing them of something
