I'm sure some of you guys put this together before but I didn't see it on here so I wanted to post it up.

I usually eat peanut butter with low fat cottage cheese and cinammon but I wanted to change it up this time around!
I used 1/2c low fat cottage cheese (Albertson's brand), 2 tbsp organic creamy peanut butter (used Maranatha), 2 tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip and some Walden Farms Chocolate Dip (no calories).
Measured out the cottage cheese and added the peanut butter and chocolate dip. The peanut butter was room temp for easy swirling. I just swirled it around and put in the freezer for an hour or two. Then I added the whipped cream....... tasted really good! Like ice cream.
This is what the calorie breakdown looked like:
Low fat cottage cheese 80 (15/5/1.5)
Peanut Butter 200 (7/5/16) - I subtracted fiber from carbs.

Fat Free Cool Whip 15 (0/3/0)
Walden Farms Choco Dip 0 (0/0/0)
TOTAL 295 (22/13/17.5)
You don't have to eat it frozen.... tastes good all mashed up together too.
