Ideas for business speech topic? (reps?)

hey i am in a managerial communication class and have to give an instructional speech (5 mins) and powerpoint presentation. the topic is open for us to choose as long as it is somehow business related. its formal so we have to turn in 2 legitimate sources, only one from the internet. a couple topics chosen were:
how to minimize work related stress
how to trade stock online

i was thinking about possbibly doing how to franchise a resturaunt or how to save for retirement. Anyone else have any ideas that seem pretty easy or interesting? you can make somewhat large stretches as to how the topic relates to business.
