    Train Shoulders day after chest?

    just wonderin if you guys would think otherwise..i worked chest yesterday..but really wanna work shoulders

    if it is somehow detremental i wont of course..need some opinions!

    i got a few reps for serious answers..jus sayin

    Most people would definitely advise against it, since most chest exercises work the shoulders fairly hard too. I'd wait another day at least, that way you can really hit your shoulders with full intensity.

    in most cases and if it were me i would advise against it because they are proly weak from yesterday(idk your chest workout). i do know some people who do it and are fine, just a tip dont listen to everything you hear, not saying its good or bad to do them just saying everyone has differnt limits.

    no. I do chest, then legs, then shoulders (mon, tues, wed.). This gives my chest/shoulders enough time to rest.

    No, wait off for full recovery.

    I had a few weeks of routine change, and was working shoulder 2 days after chest, and I eventually developed shoulder impingement.

    Not saying that doing this would give you it, but I'd hold off.
