im noy satisfied with my gains this winter, i want to continue bulking but i play baseball six days a week. should i continue or wait till after the season?
Daily food intake
4800cals
225g protein
625g carbs
with this much food a day would a 2 hr baseball practice then a 1 hr workout be overtraining?
I want to workout about 4 or 5 times a week, what do you think?
