I am 5'8'' 158lbs, ive been working out for about 6-8 weeks and lost about 10 lbs. I've gotten alot stronger and feel alot better.
I took my body fat today, after breakfast, and the guy at the gym said it was 20%, I wanted to start to bulk when I was about 15-17%...but I think ill get way to skinny, or is it when you get in the lower bf %'s its not as noticable to get into the lower numbers...
