    what do you mix your whey with for PWM?

    i hear for the post work out meal, one should have protein (say whey) and high-GI carbs.... so i'm not sure what i should take to the gym with me that i can consume immediately after working out....that's why i ask you what you guys do, for ideas....

    My post workout shake consists of 2 cups of 1% milk, 1.5 scoops of ON Whey Protein, half a cup of steel cut oats, and 5 grams of micronized creatine. I also consume a banana after the workout, and try to drink the shake within 20-30 minutes after my training is completed. About an hour or so later, I will consume a meal.
