I have recieved two bottles of VIGOR, (thanks again uhockey) and will be keeping this log on it for the next several weeks. For those who don't know I was diagnosed with an illness about 3 years ago. It's called CVID(Common Variable Immune Defficiency). Because of this, I often get sick, sometimes weeks at a time. I am hoping that VIGOR will help give me enough of an immune system boost to help fight off various illnesses that I am more prone to than the average person. And the additional stress I put on my body by pushing myself to the limits makes me even more susceptible.
I have now felt ill for nearly 4 weeks straight and was recently put on an antibiotic to help fight off a sinus infection. I finally decided it was time to give my body a 1 week rest as pushing myself is not the solution. Anyways, I think if anybody were to feel better by supplementing separately with antioxidants, I would be a prime candidate. So state tuned, follow along, and feel free to comment. I will be updating as often as possible......

Some more information on me.......
Bodybuilding background
I have been training seriously for the better part of the past 12 years. My maximum weight was 194 which I aquired just a few weeks ago before getting sick. At age 18 I was just 135 lbs. Currently I am at 182. Yes, I have lost about 12 lbs just from being sick. My shortterm/current goal is to try and stay lean, however because I have already lost 12 lbs, I don't want to lose anymore weight. If I could achieve a shredded 185 lbs look by June, I would be very happy with that. My longterm goal is to reach the 200 lb mark after I start my major bulking again, probably not until August. I also would like to achieve a 400 lb 1rm on bench press, my all time max was 345. Along with all of those goals I would like to increase my overall endurance as well. These goals have been difficult to come by when I'm sick several weeks at a time.

Along with Vigor, I will be using the following supplements...
NOxplode
Green Bulge
Blue Rhino
Nitrix
Bulk BCAA's
Multivitamin
Fish oils
Muscleade
Nitrotech nighttime
GF Pro
Adenergy
Chromium Picolinate
CLA
I'm not sure which ones I will be using first from that list when I start at the gym again, but I won't be using them all at the same time. The only supplements from that list I have taken within the past 5 days are the GF Pro, Multivitamin, Nitrotech Nighttime, Fish oils, Chromium Picolinate, and CLA.

BTW, I failed to mention XCeed will probably be my next choice for a CEE product once GB/NOxplode is finished, probably in about 4 weeks. It looks damn good on paper and is fairly inexpensive.

I know Ive been working my ass off at work, 75 hours this week. So its not like Ive been getting plenty of sleep. 12 hours of sleep tonight/tomorrow then off to the gym in the afternoon. The sinus infection clearing up while starting Vigor probably may or may not be coincedence. Regardless I truly believe it is helping you. The SDBP in GF-Pro also has some nice little antioxidant activity I believe.
Considering you aren't getting as much sleep as you like, it will be interesting to see how you react while on Vigor. From my own standpoint, after using supplemental antioxidants (EGCG, etc.), I've noticed I can function off of less sleep quite well.
Keep the log running; Vigor is one hell of a product.SAN Nutrition

Workout 1 and 2 went quite well....
I worked out from about 3:00-4:45. Because it was 8 days since my last workout I wanted to do several bodyparts to catch up a little. I slept about 10 hours and felt a little anxious when I woke up, not in a good way. However I started pooping pills and felt better once they kicked in, and on my way to the gym I felt great. I started out with machine chest press, sitting position. I then did some back machine exercises, decline/incline machine chest press, and some calves, cable pec flyes, A little bit of abs and shot some hoops. About 20 minutes into my workout I felt like I started to crash. This lasted about 20-30 minutes, during which I struggled before getting my second wind and finishing strong. I did high rep range between 10-20, depending on the exercise. It felt like I didnt miss a beat after 8 days off.
Later in the evening, around 10:00, I went in for workout 2. Again, I just want to get my body back used to lifting so I wasnt going to overdo it with any 1 body part in particular. I did biceps, triceps, abs and shot hoops. My arms were pumped awesomely, I could feel the blood rushing to them. I finished up at 11:00 and called it a night, and now Im here at work
Healthwise, I feel great considering such a grueling week of work.(73 hours to be exact). Going to rest Monday and probably hit shoulders and a good upper leg workout Monday evening.
