    Talking Meal Prep

Anybody know of a good website/book/thread/anything for a single guy trying to prep meals by himself? Maybe some advice regarding very simple/basic/easy meals...

    Any thoughts would be appreciated....

I've really tried to find some info online, but everything seems to be geared for family cooking or health fanatics.

    Thanks,
    T

You could try 24hourfitness.com. They have quite a few good dishes you could make that are pretty easy. As far as making family sized meals, make 2 or 3 a week and eat them as leftovers.

Just bumping old threads? New here I see. Check the date on the top right of the original post; many threads are very old.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
