Just talk to the coach about it....thats the best way to know what to work at. Ask them what their looking for, just call their office and let me them know whats up. It helps to plant your name in their head as well

"One morning I woke up and found my favorite pigeon, Julius, had died I was devastated and was gonna use his crate as my stickball bat to honor him. I left the crate on my stoop and went in to get something and I returned to see the sanitation man put the crate into the crusher. I rushed him and caught him flush on the temple with a titanic right hand he was out cold, convulsing on the floor like an infantile retard." -Mike Tyson

first post...wow
Well it all depends on if you are a Scholarship player, a ?Preferred? walk on or just a Walk on. And it depends at what level of division 1 it is?
Most of the time the scholarship and ?preferred walk on? do not have to go through all the killer stuff because they have proved themselves to the coaches. The college is spending big money sports and they can?t have 200 guys on the team. So they will have one hell of a 4-10 day workout to weed out all of the guys that just want to be on the team because they want the ring.
Most of the time the workout would be something like 15to20 110?s and then some drills or maybe 2-3 300 yard shuttle run?s for times (make the time or you do more, most dont make it) it all depends on what the coach wants to do.BS Kinesiology, CSCS, SPARQ training network

Cool...don't worry about all the conditioning, youre going to hate it and ur probably going to throw up, but if you really want to be on the team just dont stop doing whatever the coach tells you, as long as you keep moving you will make it. trust me everone hates hell week...you hatted it in HS and your going to hate it in college...just maybe a little more
888it does not matter how hard or how much you prepare...its still going to be hardBS Kinesiology, CSCS, SPARQ training network
