    Iam sick of squatting.

    Yeah, I know u havta do em.
    I been at it for 1 and half years and now Iam sick of em
    Sure my lean mass has almost doubled, Iam feel strong as hell, but I still dread the day I havta squat.

    Do something else for awhile like machine squats, or leg presses, then come back to squats. No reason you should ever get stale.

    I feel exactly the same way. But if it had doubled your mass, surely it's a good sign? Every successful bodybuilder has overcame a great weakness, you hear this all the time. Squatting is so intense it's horrible. No pain no gain. It's as simple as that.

    Honestly, I think that Deadlifts are harder that Squats.

    However, Squats and Deadlifts produce amazing legs, AND naturally boost your body's testosterone level.

    Seriously, whenever I do extra Squats or go really heavy on Deadlifts, my beard grows really, REALLY thick.

    If youre really sick of squats there are other things you can do that are almost the same: One Legged squats, leg press, or use dumbells instead of doing the bar. Often I do Broad jumps over a box or something of the like.

    Seriously I love squats. I'm not even good at them. I can squat maybe 300, not even built for em. They cause me to eat ravenously, which is inconvenient as ****. But nothing feels like standing on a foundation of strong legs.

    You might try to take that 12 gauge up the inventors ass, but, since he squats so much, he will probably just break it in half with his ass cheeks and smack you over the head with it......

    You cant love the results (your gains in lean mass and strength), but hate that which made you that way.............

    Ok, I admit, some days I hate having to do them too (but never hate the squats

    Most bodybuilders I know are always bragging about how they do Deadlifts and Squats a few times a week, each time with the maximum weight.

    Oh really? At my gym, there's only, like, 3 guys, including me, who Deadlift and Squat.

    Everyone else does Bicep Curls and Benchpresses.

    Seriously. i frequent two different gyms through out the year and they both have probably a 4:1 ratio of benchs to power racks, and the power racks are almost NEVER all full.

    However, the guys doing squats are almost always the biggest guys there. At 165lbs, i am the exception to that but i hope to be among the greats one day.

    Man how can anyone not love squats???

    I get so excited the day before that i'm going to do them. There's no better feeling than having a really good squat or deadlift workout, when everything just seems to go up real nice and smooth. And when i have a bad day i can't WAIT for the next workout so hopefully it will be a better day.
