Go over to where the soccer moms and excercise bikes are and explain to them your woes.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.
When im not hungry I eat. When Im tired I train. When I feel like giving up I push harder.

Seriously I love squats. I'm not even good at them. I can squat maybe 300, not even built for em. They cause me to eat ravenously, which is inconvenient as ****. But nothing feels like standing on a foundation of strong legs.Live Laugh Love,

Oh really? At my gym, there's only, like, 3 guys, including me, who Deadlift and Squat.
Everyone else does Bicep Curls and Benchpresses.

However, the guys doing squats are almost always the biggest guys there. At 165lbs, i am the exception to that but i hope to be among the greats one day."vegetarians only eat life forms that can't run, hide, or defend themselves"

Here are some the best leg exercises other than traditional squat:
Front Squat
Box Squat
Zercher Squat
Olympic Squat
Hack Squat
One-Legged Squat
Safety Bar Squat
Dumbbell Squat
Overhead Squat
Squats with Chains (any of the above)
Squats with Bands (any of the above)
Have Fun!I will not give up. I will not stop.
I may move to a new state, but that won't stop me. I may have to start over, but that won't stop me. You will see me someday, under the lights, in the magazines, taking home the trophy. It will happen, and if you're not here to give support then get the hell out of my way - I will not stop for you.

Man how can anyone not love squats???
I get so excited the day before that i'm going to do them. There's no better feeling than having a really good squat or deadlift workout, when everything just seems to go up real nice and smooth. And when i have a bad day i can't WAIT for the next workout so hopefully it will be a better day.
Squats are awesome. He who makes a beast out of himself gets rid of the pain of bein a man.
