Hi all. I need everyones experience to help me organize my stack. I'm new to lifting and there's a butt load of info on the net... whey before workout, whey PWO... insulin spikes inhibit cortisol AARRGGG... I'm tryng to piece through it and I need to understand all of this but for now I need help.
I'm currently doing 2 scoops whey post workout, 2 scoops jack3d pre-workout, 4g ON creatine mono w/grape juice, and GNC megamen's sports vitamins. I know the jack3d is definitely pre-workout but when is it best to take the creatine? Will the grape juice affect the jack3d if I take them together? I've got alot to learn, anyone who says supplementation is easy is NUTS!!! ANy help would be greatly appreciated.
