I think I have tendinitis! Right in my elbow area (both arms) they have a really dull pain, like a toothache right after I bench. I have been taking caffeine pills and loaded them up in my system heavy for about a week between (400-1000mg). Caffeine does not allow calcium absorb in your bones and me taking such high doses of that **** could that affect me? I can't even max out anymore and hurts after I attempt! Also aint getting enough sleep..... I never had this before wtf do I do? Damn caffeine pills soooooo stupid for buying that ****, threw that POS garbage away.

Hey there Charge, first of all, due to the short period of time that you have been taking the caffiene pills we can completely discount the fact that they are causing your problems. Your right, it sounds like you have a mild case of tendonitis which i currently have just overcome in my right arm. It took around 3 weeks for mine to clear up fully and in which time i just trained with my left arm, unfortunately you dont have this option. When doing the bench press the largest amount of stress put onto the tendons is at the bottom of the lift and at the top when locking out your arms, you might have been benching too fast in order to do more reps and damaged your tendons at either of these positions. If that is the case youll have to look at your form and try to bench at a steadier pace. There are many excersizes you can do that wont put stress onto the arm tendons but in order for you to heal youll have to lay off the bench and bicep curls for a good two weeks. Its not worth risking it because tendonitis can get a whole lot worse if you keep applying stress to the same area. If you wanted to check to see if its healed or not dont hit the bench straight up i suggest using a light dumbell and seeing if it causes any pain. Hope this helps - Adam
