Hey all!
Not much progress so far as far as weightlifting / bodybuilding goes. But in the past 8 months I've managed to go from 260 pounds, bottomed out at 157, and am currently trying to reduce my bodyfat as much as possible for summer ( while remaining close to 160 ).
My goal for life is to be about 175 @ 8-10% bodyfat. I don't want to be huge, just cut and muscular.
I know a lot of you will say to bulk, but I'm super self conscious when it comes to taking my shirt off, so I want to look good for summer. Even being a "model" for Hollister, I just don't fell comfortable with my shirt off. Yet!
This is a progress pic I've made. As time progresses I'll update it more. My diet is about 2000 calories a day, burning roughly 2600. About 120g protein a day, while keeping fat and carbs low. ( One carb up day a week : Mondays).
Workout schedule:
Cardio every day ( 15 minutes HIIT, 15 minutes LISS, 5 minute warm/cool down.)
Monday chest/bi ( changing it to chest/tri )
Tuesday: Abs
Wednesday: Back/shoulders/tri ( going to change tri's to Bi's )
Thursday: Cardio only
Friday: Chest/bi ( again, changing to tris instead of Bi's )
Saturday: Abs
Sunday: Back/shoulders/tri ( changing to BI's )
I take Green Tea extract, as well at Syntha-6 protein. Stopped taking creatine as I figured it wouldn't help lose bodyfat. ( Any advice in this, if my assumption is incorrect? )

I guess it looks like I lost a little bit of BF in the few days inbetween pics. But I was full of water ( all I drink ) in both pics, so its hard to tell.
I Will update this pic/thread in a week or two with two new pics. ( If I remember.. haha ! )
