question: for bodybuilding, do you want to do oblique abs exercises? i read somewhere you don't.
i really want to keep my waist smaller but i need to firm up my sides a little, especially since i didnt do abs during my bulk (DAMNIT). what should i do?

Regain my strength.
Put on 5 lbs of muscle.
Gain better overall fitness (strength, endurance, muscle)
