What are your goals before I crituque? I mean, your cut, but not that cut. You could use about another 20lbs of mass at the same bodyfat.

but when you vacuum, do you let all the air out in your lungs to do so?

just suck in with your stomach muscles. you should be able to still breath.

When I was reading how to do them,
it said let all the air out then use the force you'd use to breath in to suck up your abs.
Needless to say, I couldn't get much past 20 seconds.
