    Bodybuilding and Sex

    im just curious...what can u guys say about how sex can affect ur progress in bodybuilding (especially during bulking)? i mean should u keep sex to a minimum, or it doesnt matter?

    Don't worry about it at all. Unless you're having marathon sex, the calories you burn aren't going to matter a bit. Some people say that it decreases your test, but I have yet to see any litature proving this and even it was true the effect would be very temporary.

    awesome! that's what i thought...but i keep hearing ppl, like boxers, say that they dont have sex when they're training for a fight. so i wasnt sure if it's a diff story for bodybuilding.

    This is an old "Wives Tale" sex has no effect on your physiology. I would recomend not having sex just before working out though because you will have less energy to perform lifts. Estrogen/ testosterone levels are not effected at all.
