1 Year Progress Pics - Bulk from 124lbs to 160lbs
Okay well I started working out last year 2007 in the end of February in hopes of bulking. Well I have certainly achieved that goal of gaining mass, but of course like almost everyone on this site I am not satisfied yet. I still have a long way to go.
I went from 124lbs to 160lbs. I am going to continue to bulk for 1 more month until the end of March, hopefully I can put on at least another 3-4lbs of muscle before I start to cut for summer.
But here is some of my progress pics, please feel free to give me feedback on any areas you feel I need to work on. I am always open to advice.
Does anyone have a guess on my body fat?? I am hoping I can get anywhere between 6-8% from spring to summer.

thanks man...
you look like you have more mass than me and we are the same height, but you weigh less...
I guess cause alot of it is in my stomach, you are way more lean.

ya you gained quite a bit of fat in the stomach area, noticeable from your first photo but overall you look MUCH MUCH better with alot more mass

excellent work! you look much better and gained a lot of mass. I would just try to clean bulk next time to avoid gaining the BF but nonetheless nice job keep it up

lol, good luck with that man. I usually go up to 16% on a bulk before starting a cut, and get back down to 10%

don't do it man, you're going to end up losing a lot of muscle and waste a lot of time where you could have been putting on quality muscle. If you want to cut, I'd say go down to 11-12% then slowly bulk up another 20 or 30 llbs, and then cut down to 6-8% after that. You'll look amazing, and your body will have gotten used to carrying around a certain amount of muscle so it will be safer for you in terms of muscle loss during a long cut.
btw how many inches did you put on your arm ? Looks like some really crazy progress, good job.

Um well I definitely wanna keep as much as possible, but I do wanna be lean for the summer, so I dunno I guess we'll see how that goes. If I feel like I'm starting to lose muscle, I will prolly stop and go back to bulking.
As far as my arms go, I was about 11.5" when I started lifting and now I'm at 14.5" , so 3" gain so far. I was hoping to be at least 15" before summer, so we'll see how that goes. Might not happen since I am going to start my cut soon.
