Im goin on a skool camp that goes for 3 days and it is like a 5 hour walk everyday. also i have an average size camping backpack and i have to bring my own food with me for those 3 days. and im one hungry mother ****er so what are some good foods to bring that i dont have to cook, that will fit in my bag ,that can last a long time and are good for bodybuilding?
i eat like 8 meals a day so im pretty much gunna starve out there
