    New to Weight loss/Toning/Muscle building...

    Hey all,
    My names Mathew, I'm 17 d.o.b 9/9/1988.
    I weigh 96kg, I'm 5ft11",

I'm looking at hopefully a full transformation, My BMI% was 29% i'm not very happy about that so yeah.....

What's the best thing for a new guy to start with, Got a gym locally that my bro goes to it's just i wanted to ask around here first for the best workout routines an what you suggest for someone new to the bodybuilding scene.

Is it possible to work my stomache, pecs, tri's & bi's to toned in about 5months? Depending on workout?

    Cheers
    MaT

P.S- We have a benchpress & a ton of free weights at home, wondering if i should team it up when i'm home in mornings or evenings on days i do cardio or something. All help needed, thanks
