Which excercises are a neccesity????????
Usually I do sit-ups (100)
And then raise my legs on a chair or something and do more..
They dont look ripped at all cause I've only done it for a few days but if I look in the mirror and the light on my abs reveals I have some badass ones under the skin but I need em to come out..

What I don't understand is do you have to workout abs? I know they only way they'll show is if you have a low BF%, which i do. Mine only show pretty good when i flex though. When I'm not flexing, you can tell i have abs but not that great. (If that makes sense)
I guess what I'm trying to ask is, working out abs would make them stronger/bigger, and if you have a low BF% that would make them show more right?
What exercises do you do for abs?

ok excercises....lets see...
Weighted crunches on the slant board
Roman Chair excercises-mix it up a little, whatever works best for you
Obliques with the machine where you sit and twist....totally blanked on the name...but you get the idea...
Just remember the weights need to be heavy to get them to bulk up and out to show more.
Oh yeah and if you have a low BF% then eat some more protein so they can grow.
