I am trying to stay very lean (3-5% body fat)...
I want to know if it's okay to make Bush's Baked Beans a regular part of my diet?
Also, why do you guys throw away the egg yolk? Does it have too much fat? Or what is the reason behind it?
And can I get away with NOT throwing away the egg yolk and consuming the entire egg if I am trying to stay lean? So say I consume 3 whole eggs, 3 times a week?

i eat all the egg yolks i want. fact of the matter is, your cardiovascular health and cholesterol levels are going to be determined much more by your overall lifestyle and genetics, not by whether or not you eat egg yolks.

Bush's Baked Beans (http://www.calorieking.com/foods/foo...QgQmVhbnM.html)
I would avoid these, due to the sugar content. Sugars just aren't good. Get some natural baked beans.
An egg white consists entirely of near 100% digestive proteins, while a WHOLE egg consists of protein, and some fat. ( REFERENCE: http://www.calorieking.com/foods/foo...rZXk9ZWdn.html)
As long as your meeting your nutritionial needs, while creating the calorie deficit required for weight loss, 3 whole eggs is fine, and so will be the beans.
Maybe not ideal, but acceptable.
