Smile New - Need help please!

Hey everyone.. I'm a female in my late teens and I'm thinking about starting a weight lifting regimen to improve my muscle tone.
I have a gym membership - so I have access to basically everything.
For cardio I run on Mon, Wed, and Fri... walk Tue, and Sat.. and do a cardio dvd on wednesdays... I also do pilates Mon, Wed, and Fri...
I need help finding/creating a regimen. Please?

Well all i know i basicly know that any basicly routine with sets more like

3x5 is Size and Strength-Heavy Weights

3x8-i think is size Med-Heavy

3x12-15 is more endurance, and people wanting to look more lean but still have that muscle -Light

i dont know but but if anything whatever you can generally find with high reps in the workout
