Hey everyone.. I'm a female in my late teens and I'm thinking about starting a weight lifting regimen to improve my muscle tone.
I have a gym membership - so I have access to basically everything.
For cardio I run on Mon, Wed, and Fri... walk Tue, and Sat.. and do a cardio dvd on wednesdays... I also do pilates Mon, Wed, and Fri...
I need help finding/creating a regimen. Please?
