hey,
i lift on MWF, but today (monday) i started a new job, plus the stupid daylight saving day, so i only slept like 5 hours last night.....
anyway, im pretty tired, and my legs feel all tired and beat, i really don't think i could squat, defintly not balls to teh wall like usual......
my question is, is there much harm from missing a lifting day? and can i do a "make up" day or something?
maybe i'll just switch to tuesday / thursday/ saturday for this week? is that a bad idea?
