what does your full body routine look like?

i have been doing a full body routine for 6 weeks now and i really like it so far.my routine is 3 times a week 3 sets each:
    squats
    incline bench(db)heavy once per week,the other 2 i do a trainer flyes
pullups/w a different type of row each workout
    dips
    shoulder press
    heads once per week
+ I'll throw in a few ISO exercises like side cable laterals,a bicep move.
    SMASH IT UP!

    I usually do:

    Squat
    Deadlift
    Incline Bench
    Military Press
    Weighted Pull-Ups/Chins
    Weighted Dips
    BB Rows
    Standing Calf Raises

If i'm feeling naughty, i'll do some BB curls. No, I don't do all these exercises together, but I break it up accordingly and do it twice a week.

    Bent Rows
    Bench
    Front Squat
    Deads
    Military
    Crunches
    Curls
    Dips

Every now and then I like to switch Front Squats for SLDLs. I do Front Squats cause I workout at home and don't have a squat rack. I do all of these in 1 workout, preferably every 3 days. Sometimes more than 3 days because of complicated schedules. Check out the link in my signiture if you wanna see my journal.
