I usually do:
Squat
Deadlift
Incline Bench
Military Press
Weighted Pull-Ups/Chins
Weighted Dips
BB Rows
Standing Calf Raises
If i'm feeling naughty, i'll do some BB curls. No, I don't do all these exercises together, but I break it up accordingly and do it twice a week.If you think you can, you will.
If you think you can't, you're right.

Bent Rows
Bench
Front Squat
Deads
Military
Crunches
Curls
Dips
Every now and then I like to switch Front Squats for SLDLs. I do Front Squats cause I workout at home and don't have a squat rack. I do all of these in 1 workout, preferably every 3 days. Sometimes more than 3 days because of complicated schedules. Check out the link in my signiture if you wanna see my journal."Tall men come down to my height when I hit 'em in the body."-Jack Dempsey
