back/biceps

chest/tris
back/bis
shoulders/traps/tris
legs/bis
I hit tris twice because i'm usually too wasted after chest to do them justice so i feel like i need to hit them again later on in the week. Same for bis. Usually one heavy and one light."vegetarians only eat life forms that can't run, hide, or defend themselves"

i was accually wondering the same thing. ive done push/pull/leg splits. but when ive been thinking about it lately it seems like
chest/bi
back/tri
