    at the moment i do:
    triceps/chest

    back/biceps

    legs/shoulders

    I hit tris twice because i'm usually too wasted after chest to do them justice so i feel like i need to hit them again later on in the week. Same for bis. Usually one heavy and one light.

    i was accually wondering the same thing. ive done push/pull/leg splits. but when ive been thinking about it lately it seems like

    chest/bi
    back/tri

    would work better since your tris and would not be fatigued when it is their turn to be worked. thinking about trying it.

    I'm growing like a damn heathon w/ this:

    3 day split

    Delts/lats/mid back/bi's/forearms
    chest/tris/upper traps/abs
    legs/lower back

    i do two days on and one day off. So i get 4 or 5 days recovery.
