Hey I am looking for a supplement that will act like a steroid (gain a lot of muscle mass with not much fat included). This supplement must be safe tho... is there really any supplements like this ?

No, there is nothing that will work like a steroid...especially that would be safe to take at your age. All you need is food, rest, and a good workout plan...for supplements, multivitamin, protein, and maybe some creatine.

well what do you consider safe and what are you looking for this question is kind of general and if there was a 100% safe product that packed on muscle like steroids im sure everyone would be on it and there would be no supplement discussion period.
