Awesome job man!
Now just be very very careful not to gain it back quickly when you try to bulk. I know from personal experience on my first two bulk attempts when I gained around 10lbs of fat and only 5lbs of muscle each. lol
In my opinion, make sure you continue to do at least 20 minutes of low intensity or 10-15 minutes of HIIT at least 3-4 days per week while you bulk. Personally, I'd rather gain a little slower on my next bulk than gain too fast and get fat again.
The way I see it, gaining only 2lbs a month for 6 months nets you a 12 pound gain and no need to cut. Or, you could gain 4lbs a month for 6 months, get a 24 pound gain, and then spend the next 2 months trying to diet back down to see your 12 pound muscular gain all the while the guy who only gained 12 lean pounds just gained another 4lbs of muscle during that time and is now ahead of you.
That's the thinking I'll be using for my next bulk. Good luck and great job!6'3"

You don't have to be low bodyweight to be low bodyfat, its easier to reach a lower body fat with more mass. Eating works the same way also, you can eat more and be a little less cautious if you have more muscle because of a higher metabolic rate.
None the less you're done the cutting and you did an excellent job. Enjoy the bulk.Last edited by Mad_Mike; 02-26-2008 at 04:51 AM.

It's easy to say OP lost too much, but it is probably not accurate. He did a great job of fat loss. Sure he can gain some muscle mass, but now he can start that new journey. I think it is better to be skinny trying to gain mass than fat trying to lose fat. OP can now ease up on the cardio and start eating more carbs than he did before. Keep lifting hard.

Yeah, don't be getting on this guy about his mass... look at that transformation! All you skinny people out there who have always had that crazy fast metabolism don't realize how hard it is to lose 50+ lbs. without losing a little muscle mass. Now he's got the perffect body to build on and that's crazy exciting. Keep us posted on your results in the next year bro, you have a lot of potential!
