sick...loseing body fat???

ive been sick the last 3 days and ate only around 1000 calories per day. ive lost like 3 or 4 pounds. is that all bodyfat? or fluid? or what? will i lose stregnth? will i gain back the weight pretty quickly once im better?

any help is apreatiated.

The same thing happens to me when I get sick. It's usually just water and you will find you will be right back where you were in less than a week Hope you're feeling better!

no, probably not BF, yes, probably water. you may lose strength, yes you will quickly gain weight and strength back when you recover.
