Well, in spite of all the threads about wanting abs, etc. etc. etc. I have decided to post an extremely great article that will get your abs and core in TOP shape. Obviously if you don't have low body fat it won't do ****, but these are great exercises.

One source of confusion for me, about abs, that hopefully someone here can clear up:
The only way to have visible abs when you're not flexing is to have an extremely subcutaneous body fat percentage? Or is it just as likely that one could achieve this by building up lots of muscle mass on the abdominal region?

i can definitely see my six pack. it's just that my abs are tiny and not strong enough. i've been looking for something to really hit my abs hard (i rarely get a burn while doing abs exercises). i've never heard of the ones in the article, they look weird, but i'll give it a shot.
summer's almost here!
