Want Abs for summer? Stop posting and come in here

Well, in spite of all the threads about wanting abs, etc. etc. etc. I have decided to post an extremely great article that will get your abs and core in TOP shape. Obviously if you don't have low body fat it won't do ****, but these are great exercises.

    http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=990092
    Current Stats:

    225 Bench
    300 squat
    320 deadlift
Goal: Trying to get my squat and deadlift up to 450 and my bench up to 300 putting me in the 1000 club by my 17th B-D 1/28/06.

I can't believe people are still bumping their "help me get abs!!" thread and yet they don't even look at this. Last attempt and then I'll let this die. BUMP

One source of confusion for me, about abs, that hopefully someone here can clear up:

The only way to have visible abs when you're not flexing is to have an extremely subcutaneous body fat percentage? Or is it just as likely that one could achieve this by building up lots of muscle mass on the abdominal region?

Not thrusting on bench press, for example.

Another thing, on the Leg Lowering test, I don't really know wha tim supposed to be testing. I keep my spine straight to the ground the whole time in the right movement...but it just seems too easy. Im wondering what i really need to be focusing on.

i can definitely see my six pack. it's just that my abs are tiny and not strong enough. i've been looking for something to really hit my abs hard (i rarely get a burn while doing abs exercises). i've never heard of the ones in the article, they look weird, but i'll give it a shot.
    summer's almost here!
