    Chip-O-Meter

    just bought a book on football training, and i found some equipment i wanna get but i cant find it ANYWHERE on the net!!! its called the Chip-O-Meter....its a harness that goes on the shoulders and connects to your feet. it keeps your weight on your toes so you hit your calves really hard when doing plyos and stuff.....so if anyone has any info on where i could find one that would be nice
