Hey guys. Im coming off a 4 day push/pull routine looking to get into a new program. Right now Im at 163 lbs, 10%BF. Im trying to shed 1-2 more %'s while hopefully gaining lean muscle mass (tough thing). I was wondering if you guys could recommend good mass routines (preferably 4 days). I plan to do early morn cardio on the days I dont lift.
Ive been training for a little over a year. My cores look like this right now
Dead (just started doin these)-240 (i hit 250 for 3 last week)
