I've changed my routine from weight lifting 3 days a week and 2 days of cardio to lifting 2 days a week and cardio 4-5 times a week. I have slowly started to run on the treadmill. I can run 5.0 for 20 minutes. I go slow afterward and then run some more. I do cardio for at least 50 minutes. Anyway, I've notice that my stomach and waistline is improving, but my face is still fat. Should I assume that my face will get smaller as I lose more weight? Or is there something I can do?

Yes, you're correct to assert that the face will lose fat as you continue your regime.
If you're on a good fat-burning regime, then you will lose fat from all over your body. The order in which the fat disappears is different for every individual. Speaking personally, I'm in the same boat as you - the face is the first to put it on and the last to lose it! So it's entirely possible that you'll have to wait until you're at the "final 10%" of your journey before you see those cheekbones come back with a vengance!
On a more anecdotal note, I remember once reading an article that stated carbs contribute to a "carb face" look - puffy and bloated. Now I'm not sure how much I buy into the whole low-carb thing, but I do know that I tried cutting my carbs for a couple of weeks and my face seemed to slim down much quicker than usual. Something to think about, but just focus on continuing and progressing with your fat loss regime...and ALL the fat will go.

Yep its totally genetic where you carry your fat. nothing you can do except get very very lean, and then no matter what your face will thin out. I know becuase I have the world's chubbiest cheeks (thanks mom!)
