Question New To Weight Lifting and Need help!

    Hello,

Im a 24 year old male. Im 6 ft. Weigh about 240lbs. I've lost about 40lbs in 4 mos. doing the Atkins diet.

Im continuing the Atkins diet and want to put on some muscle as I loose fat. Can someone help me out with a workout plan to get me started. Or possibly suggest a good book for a beginner to read. Keep in mind that I know nothing when it comes to weight lifting and cardio workouts. Anything would really help at this point.

    Thanks in advance.

    Nick
