    What is a good workout routine for a girl?

    My girlfriend is going to start working out. She hasent lifted weights in years. What kind of workout should she be doing? She wants to lose some weight and get ripped. Maybe something like this.
    Monday-Chest/Triceps
    Tuesday-Cardio
    Wednesday-Back/Bi's
    Thursday-Cardio
    Friday-Shoulders/Legs
    Saturday-Cardio
    Sunday-OFF
    Maybe something like that? If not what do you recommend. And what kind of lifts? Thanks
