Well, like everything in this sport it takes time, lats are not that hard to get, the trick is not how heavy but how many. Good posture is key because for example one of the best things you can do is standing rows. Also close grip lat. Pull downs, wide grip lat. pull downs, but what I enjoy the most and is always present when I do back is dumbell rows.
And one more thing, don't be too hard on you, you have make great progress, keep it smart, that lower back injury could have been avoided.

i think i use same exersizes
start from bench press 8 sets 120x20 150 x15 190x10 220x3
incline bench 3 sets of 120x8 x3
bumbel fly single dumble 3 sets
cable machine fllying 3 sets its my workout of chest from 2 years and i got some good results thanks for your comment

Nice wide back, stop focusing only on your lats, the back has some more interesting parts, like the traps (trapezium), the spinal erectors maybe the traps and the spinal erectors do play a more important role in keeping your body straight; lift your weight, walk, run, and jump.
Besides Traps do give your a more elegant posture that usually comes hand to hand with good wide shoulders. Just my point of view.
