    3 Week Progress Pics

    So three weeks ago I decided to take my diet seriously and here are my result thus far. My abs are still visible in the week 3 pics, but I just got done with my PWO shake and I am not flexing my abs @ all.

    Good results thus far? I am only 165lbs in the pics but I just started to get back into lifting. When I was in college a few years ago I was 210lbs 10%bf so hopefully muscle memory will wake up quick!

    definitely good results... impressive delts dude. and damn you got a tight stomach if you're not sucking in like you said... you could get pretty damn big without a huge gut if you bulk. if you've already been 210, i think with some time you could easily get back there.

    Thanks man, my delts and calves have always been my best attributes. First week 3 pic I'm definetly not flexing my abs, but the second I am a little bit.
