So three weeks ago I decided to take my diet seriously and here are my result thus far. My abs are still visible in the week 3 pics, but I just got done with my PWO shake and I am not flexing my abs @ all.

Good results thus far? I am only 165lbs in the pics but I just started to get back into lifting. When I was in college a few years ago I was 210lbs 10%bf so hopefully muscle memory will wake up quick!
