yeah right like someone would give me 7500 dollars......i did back yesterday and i havent trained pullups for a month.....i said that i DID 47 before...i cant do them today rofl....especially since i havent done pullups ina month and i trained back yesterday I could prolly do 5 one handed pullups.....but then you can just say the form wasnt perfect so....

A *ONE ARM* pull-up involves ONE ARM. That means you grab the bar with one hand, and you do a pull-up while the other arm does nothing.

For real though, I don't think those technically count as one-handers because you are still using the other lat to assist your upward movement.

You can hold the elbow with a couple of fingers to keep it in place... I'd see no reason not to count that.

No you can't hold the arm. That's fine to train FOR one armed pullups, but by definition, that's a two handed pullup... that just emphasises one side (and your grip). Anyone who can do a few pullups should be able to do that with a bit of practise.

ok i will upload the squat vid here......i already got reamed about it being a very partial movement.....but i was scared lol cause i dont have a spotter and for some reason i decided to try 485 instead of 465.....keep in mind i havent squatted or done a single leg exercise since i broke my rib last month.....so i dont think im too far off track. BTW if i had known that 47 reps in a minute was anywhere near a world record i would have NEVER stopped doing pullups.
