weak
ok i know im not the strongest or the biggest but i noticed someting on this forum, 80% of the people in the teen forum are skinny lil guys who can barely bench 200 # or even squat 200 whats goin on here people

so basically your coming in here braging about your stats to others who cant lift as much as you? some of us are just starting out...some of us gain strength easier than others whats your point ? were teens.......most are like 13-17 on here were not ronnie colemans..

i'd rather have a good physique....then being fat and benching 400lbs

because this forum isn't strength mostly, this is bodybuilding. i can't bench 200, but i could 1rep 200 squatting probably. hahaha, i'm weak, i know it. i am going to cut down BF for better tracking of progress, but numbers are what matter to some people, how good you look to others.
if you diet right, and lift heavy, you can have both worlds.

no im not braggin, like i said im not the biggest or strongest. i know everyone starts somewhere but when you say youve been lifting for a whole year and cant press at least 200 i mean come on. im NOT braggin. and no i dont need to cut, why would i want to cut? my bf% is only like 14. i powerlift so why should i cut? i go size and strength
