Was it a good buy? the only reason i picked it up because it on sale in walkgreens/cvs for $8 and its a 30 day supplement. Btw am 14? are the packs junk?

Universal's Animal pak is 16 dollars for a month and a half supply. It's a top of the line vitamin consisting of your normal vitamins (A, Bs, C, D, etc) and minerals plus EFAs, BCAAs, EAAs, and "performance optimizers". It comes in "packs" consisting of 11 pills to take each day. If you can't figure swallowing 11 pills a day then forget about it. I take over 40 pills a day...comes with the terratory. Anyhow.... They're probably just as good as anything else off the shelf at a pharmacy which means it's ok. Maybe not great, but probably ok.
