Okay, first a review of the WNPF All Raw World Cup:
Quality of Meet: Excellent, most efficient meet I have ever been at, spotters and loaders were exceptional and dedicated and worked extremely quickly, only down side of the meet was the bench for reps and power curl portions of it.
And my results
455: Smoked it, 2 white 1 red (was a bit early on racking it)
475: Miss, got out of the hole and went nowhere
475: Smoked it, depth was cut close but got 2 white 1 red (red for depth)
325: Easy, ass off bench 1 inch, 3 red
325: 3 white, easy
340: Not strong enough, got it off chest and couldn't finish
575: Ridiculously easy, 3 white
625: Flew up off the floor, and was a little bit of a hard lockout, but nothing too tiring, 3 white, Junior Raw WNPF World Record
650: Flew up to my knees, didn't move any more
Total: 1425, squat PR, but not going in my sig cuz its with knee wraps, starting a 5x5 next week, and going to do some lifting later this week.
Quality of Other Lifters: Outside of the 181 class the quality was so-so. Inside the 181 class good lord.
Anthony Hobaica: 550 Squat (missed 580 barely) 380 bench (flared elbows on 405 and barely missed) 600 deadlift (Did what Andy Bolton did with 1003 on 650, but judging harder here)
Guy from Republic of Georgia: 505 Squat, 395 bench, 705 (yes, 705 raw) deadlift
That guy was unbelievable. I've never seen a pull better than his 705. 705 raw at 181... RIDICULOUS
So I had the 3rd best total in 181 with 1425, and 2nd best total in 181 juniors to Hobaica.
