    1500m

    hey...jsut wondering a solid 1500m time.....anyone have any experience in this event?....im gonna be doing the 800 and 1500, just wondering--its my first season doing track (originally all crosscountry, but figured id give it a shot)...any comments/advice and so forth would be much appreciated

    knowing that this mainly a bodybuilding forum, I really don't think you'll find anyone who runs over a mile, your muscles can atrophy (get smaller), i don't think BBs really want this

    Dude you know this is the sports training section right.

    Low 4's like the above guy said. I am in good but not fantastic shape for distance and mine is a bit above 4 30 i think

    Yep low 4's is pretty good (where do you live? we only have the 1600, and 3200 here)
