Body by Scivation: brandon9134's Anagen Log

I was chosen to be a tester for Scivation Anagen (which should be arriving at my house anytime now ). I first wanna say thanks to all the guys from Scivation/Primaforce for giving me this opportunity. I will be posting daily and updating my results while using Anagen. Scivation will be sending each tester (2) bottles which will last me 8.5 weeks! My current stats are 5'10" 175lbs @ 12% bf.

My Diet/Training is designed by Chuck Rudolph and i dont wanna reveal too much, but here ya go:

Meal 1- Eggs, Chicken, Spinach, Almonds, Grapefruit - 1 Sesamin, 1 Anagen, 1 Fish Oil, 2 cAMP
Meal 2- Sunstance WPI, Almonds, Spinach - 1 Fish Oil, 1 Multi
Meal 3- Chicken, Spinach, Almonds - 1 Sesamin, 1 Anagen, 1 Fish Oil
PreWorkout- 2 Basic Cuts, 1000mcg Vit b12, 1 Multi
Pre/During/Post Workout- Substance WPI, Xtend
Meal 4- Tuna, Spinach, Natural PB
Meal 5- Sunstance WPI, Almonds, Spinach - 1 Anagen
Meal 6- Tuna, Spinach, Almonds, Grapefruit - 1 Sesamin, 1 Multi, 1 Fish Oil
Meal 7- Chicken, Spinach, Avacado - 1 Anagen, 1 Fish Oil, 2 cAMP

Workout: Leg Day

Leg Curls- 3 x 15-20
Leg Ext- 3 x 25
SLDL- 3 x 15-20

Summary:
Today i woke up definatly pumped to start Anagen. Of course its the first day so there are no amazing gains/results but i did have extra stamina/energy in the gym today (more than usual). I'll have pics up ASAP, and my weight as of last night is 175.8 lbs.

yea buddy, i eat healthy fats w/ each meal whether its almonds, PB, enova oil, or avacado...basically which ever is more convenient, or that i actually have in my pantry

Day 2

Off day from weighttraining/cardio

Diet
-Macro Totals will remain the same, until fat loss haults then adjustments will be made accordingly
-I took Anagen again today with meals 1,3,5,7
-Im about to eat meal 7 which is Carb Up meal yummmmm

Summary:
Today is day 2 of anagen and it was an off day so not much to report as far as effects in the gym. But tommorow is BACK day and im definatly lookin forward to it. I can already tell a big difference in vascularity, the veins are really starting to show in my arms/delts and also lower abdomen. My girlfriend is gonna take my before pics for me tommorow so i'll post those as soon as i get em.

Off to load up on some carbs (then hit the hay), yeaaaah buddy

Day 3

Back- *all exercises are very slow and controlled

BB Rows- (warmup set), 3 x 10reps, 155lbs
DB Rows- 3 x 10reps, 75lbs
Cable Pullovers- 3 x 10reps, 72lbs
Wide Grip Pulldowns- 3 x 10/9/8reps, 145lbs
DB Shrugs- 4 x 20/18/20reps, 80/75/70lbs
HyperExtensions- 3 x 25 bodyweight
Crunches- 100 reps
Reverse Crunches- 100 reps
Low Intensity Cardio- Treadmill for 35mins @ HR 130-135

Workout Summary: Today's workout felt great, i made sure to go really slow and controlled with all movements and i got a huge pump in my lats and especially lower back after hypers. The difference in vascularity is very noticable even though it is just day 3. I feel that i have more energy during training and i dont have to rest as long during sets. I just started doing shrugs like that (holding DB out from side) this makes a huge difference and i could really feel the mind to muscle connection during each set. I cut out CEE, noxidant, and cla so i can see the results of the new diet and anagen. The supps im currently takin are multi, fish oil, anagen, xtend, WPI, glutaform, cAMP, Basic Cuts, vit b12.

Overview of Day 3: My first class was cancelled today so i got plenty of sleep always a plus. Lately i've had alot of people compliment me on my fat loss/lean mass gain. This of course is pushing me harder and harder in the gym. Also anytime at the gym that i feel weak or tired i just tell myself that if i wuss out and dont lift some heavy weight then i have to come home and report a crappy log to some dedicated forum members and the guys at Scivation/Primaforce who are relying on us (anagen testers) for feedback and results. Well im off to enjoy the weekend, but ill update more later.
