these body type classifications are a joke, ppl just go by physical appearance... it has no merit.. u see a fat guy u normally assume hes an endo, or a skinny guy is an ecto, fat guys can go skinny and skinny guys can get fat.. bodytypes is just a pigeon hole rubbish term.

Typical endomorphs would be Dave Drapper, Steve Davies. What ever idiots seriously think Arnie was endo, well as I said, are idiots.
Arnie & believe it or not Lee Hanney, were ectomorphs. They had small bone structures, & higher metabolisms.
Mesomorphs would include, Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates, Tom Platz, & so on.
But what ever bodytype they were, they have worked hard, & now in good shape. You could say neither are endo's now.RIP Steve Irwin :(

It silly to say that types are not important. You ****totype affects how you should be training and how quickly you can progress and ofter your genetic potential. With that said it isn't something that should be used as a crotch. But seriously it would be silly for an endo to eat like an ecto and vice versa.

One endo that comes to mind is Nasser...I recall an interview with him, and he was asking about his protein consumption. He said he has never had to worry about protein, he can eat 100g a day and still put on mass. Go figure...

The quiz said i'm more like a meso, a bit odd considering i'm 6ft and 175lbs. I've always considered myself an ecto but i'm more an ecto-meso now i think. I guess the fact i was a fat baby might have altered the quiz outcome
