Doesn't matter what your waist size is. You can always fix it by making other parts bigger- it's all relative.
Arnold had a wider waist, and he's considered god.
Tiny waist- it's a good trait to have, but it ain't gonna make or break you. It's almost as important as hair style.6"4

The ideal benchmark is for your shoulder girth measurement to be at least 20" more than your waist measurement. So if a guy has a 34" waist his shoulder measurement would/should be 54" to pull off a great taper. There are exceptions to this rule but all in all I've found it to be quite effective when observing other's physiques over the years.
