Just a quick question to see if this would be overtraining. I lift mon-wed-fri, sometimes I'll change to mon-thurs-sat. Now If I was to do some cardio in teh days Im not lifting, would that be overtraining, maybe lift mon, run tues, lift, wed, run thurs, lift fri, run sat, sunday off. Do you think this would be overtraining?
