lower back pain

i got pain in my lower back yesterday when i was jogging uphill,i never experienced this before should i be worried or is it normal?

Check that you have good shoes, the angles for uphill running can cause problems if your shoes incorrectly transfer pressure through your foot.

Your question is very vague and general. Include if you have had any prior back injuries or if it was just pain or an actual injury.
